PinkSixty News 12/3/10: Kenya to Arrest Gays? Gay Strangler Sentenced

Kenya’s Prime Minister has claimed he respects gay rights – just days after sparking panic amongst the queer community. Raila Odinga was said to have ordered a police crackdown on couples in public.

A straight man from London who strangled a stranger during his first gay sex encounter has been jailed, this week. James Foley, 21, was found guilty of manslaughter and jailed for three-and-a-half years.

    Uganda and Kenya tend to be both places of craziness on Gay rights. Yikes. But it is good that there is a slice of hope.
