Step back to another time at our elegant old mansion, originally built in 1904, and recently completely restored with heavy plaster moldings, lovely stained glass and beveled windows.
Our impressive Queen Anne Revival style home is just north of the intersection of Rennie’s Mill Road and Monkstown Road in St. John’s, Newfoundland.
The exterior is clad in shingles and clapboard, and the large porch and classically inspired pediment are typical of Butler’s work.
We’re close to the Colonial Building, the Government House, the Hotel Fairmont Newfoundland, the Basilica of St. John the Baptist, City Hall, Mile One Stadium and the Delta Hotel Convention Center.
