A new Public Policy Polling survey shows that voters in Washington state are split on whether to uphold marriage equality, with 50 percent saying they’ll support the new law and 46 percent saying they’d vote to repeal it.
Still, 78 percent back some form of legal recognition for same-sex couples and even 59 percent of Republicans support offering civil unions.
