Euro pride 2013 in Marseilles, France, plans a mass wedding to celebrate marriage equality. Rainbow Tourism reports:
EuroPride 2013 will start with a symbolic and festive ceremony on 10 July. It will gather 2013 couples, some of whom are French, others from all across Europe, especially the 10 countries where equal marriage is already allowed, who want to show their will to unite and to found a family. The couples will symbolically be united by local representatives, in presence of personalities from world of politics, sport and culture. Europe’s biggest wedding ceremony, blowing 2013 Marseille Kisses, will be held in front of the sea at a stunning venue.
What a spectacle that will be – if we weren’t already married (and living halfway around the world), I’d love for the two of us to be a part of it! 🙂
