There’s a rally planned at 1 PM in Chicago for marriage equality. Lez Get Real reports:
…various LGBT groups will be rallying in support of the legislation. The rally and march are expected to start at 1pm local time at “the Northeast corner of Michigan Ave. and Congress Parkway. March will head North on Michigan Ave, past the Taste of Chicago and end at Washington Square Park, 901 N. Clark Street.”
According to The Civil Rights Agenda: Who: Invited speakers include: Representative Ken Dunkin (D- 5th District), co-sponsor of the Illinois Marriage Fairness and Religious Freedom Act. Confirmed speakers include: Rick Garcia, Policy Director of The Civil Rights Agenda and director of the Equal Marriage Illinois Project; Reverend Jamie Frazier of the Lighthouse Church of Chicago; Rev.
