UK: The British Vets Association is backing a new initiative supporting LGBT colleagues in the veterinary professions. full story

USA: The Human Rights Campaign (HRC), the nation’s largest LGBT rights advocate, on Saturday condemned Mike Huckabee’s comments on an openly gay nominee to lead the U.S. Army full story

USA: A network of LGBTI military personnel is demanding that former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee apologize for hois comments about President Barack Obama nominating an openly gay man to be the next US Secretary of the Navy. full story

USA: On Fox News last night, Huckabee also said that inviting openly gay people to meet the pope is like setting up an open bar at meeting for Alcoholics Anonymous. full story

USA, INDIANA: Tech For Equality is a new advocacy organization created by the former CEO of Angie’s List Inc, Bill Oesterle, to help promote LGBTI equality legislation in the state. full story

USA, KENTUCKY: Rowan County, Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis has booked her first national news interviews, with FOX News’ Megan Kelly, and Paula Faris of Good Morning America. full story

USA, KENTUCKY: Good Morning America this morning aired their interview with an always sobbing Kim Davis, who says that she’s prepared to return to jail and that God is the only authority she obeys. full story

USA, KENTUCKY: Gay couples in Kentucky are questioning the validity of altered marriage licenses issued by a defiant county clerk and have asked a federal judge to order her to reissue the licenses or put the office in receivership and have someone else do it. full story

USA, KENTUCKY: Four of the six people who work for Rowan County, Kentucky, Clerk Kim Davis told a federal judge that no eligible couples have been denied marriage licenses. full story
